Nominations must be submitted via our ONLINE FORM:

• Create a login ID
• Select the category you would like to nominate in
• Fill in the 500 word summary, upload the PDF (5 MB max.) with supporting information and submit (10 pages max.)of supporting material collated into a single pdf document will be accepted).
• On each page of the supporting material, you must mention the Parameter which the document supports.
• You can go back to your nominations through your login details and revise the nominations if required.
• Deadline for nomination is 30th September 2023.
• The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on November 9, 2023.

Nominees differ depending on the category. Ensure that you go through the award guidelines and eligibility thoroughly. Third-party nominations also work; you can fill in your details as a new user and nominate your company, product, senior/colleague, and even yourself (depending on the category). Ensure every nomination is as detailed as possible and follows the nomination criteria.

The 500 word summary should be concise and all supporting documents and media should be included in a single PDF document (10 pages; 5 MB max.).

The nomination parameters are the best guide to an ideal nomination. Go through the same and prepare your document in advance – before nominating.

A company can nominate in 4 categories (max.), with not more than 3 nominations in each category, wherever applicable.

It would be ideal to have a senior spokesperson from the winning company to be present at the event to receive the award. If you have been nominated in the Industry Personality of the Year category, you must personally be present to receive the award.

One full table accommodates 8 people. If you have 8 people attending from your company, you may choose to book a table. In case there are less than 8 attendees, you may book seats. If you have more than 8 and less than 16 attendees (which would ideally constitute 2 full tables), then you may book 1 table and the remaining number of seats.

Any number of people can attend from one company.

You will meet senior level executives from the waste management and recycling industry including manufacturers, service providers, equipment providers, suppliers, traders, recyclers, software solution providers, representatives from municipalities and other relevant organisations, environmental/sustainability managers from hospitality sector and other end-user facilities, etc.

Every person who has booked a seat/table will receive an official hard copy and online invitation to the awards ceremony. Either the hard copy or the printout of the online invite along with an ID proof will be required to register for the event.

No, the booking can only be done online prior to the event.

Yes, you may book a table for anyone as long as they are part of the industry.

There is no cancellation policy. Once the seat/table is booked, there will be no refund.
